Warranty Policy

Every Aurencourt watch is covered by a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects. This covers the movement and timekeeping function, the hands, the crown and the clasp.

What Is Not Covered

  • Misuse, drops, impacts or accidents.
  • Scratches, cosmetic marks and normal wear and tear.
  • Water damage beyond the water resistance stated in the product specifications.
  • Any watch that has been opened, repaired or modified by a third party.
  • Loss or theft.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email support@aurencourt.com with your order number, photos or a video of the defect, and a description of the problem. After reviewing your claim, Aurencourt will, at its discretion, repair or replace the watch or issue a refund.
