This website, aurencourt.com (the "Site"), is operated by Aurencourt ("Aurencourt", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the Site, purchasing from us or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. The specifications of each watch, including case size, movement type and water resistance, are those stated on its product page. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed; in that case we will contact you and offer the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or where we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order, any amount already paid will be refunded.
